Ranch Dressing Ingredients
The best thing about this recipe is that it comes together so quick! Many of these ingredients you already have in your fridge or pantry! For this savory, and flavorful recipe you will need the following ingredients:

- Cannellini beans-Yes! Beans! Trust me, you cannot taste them but they act as a wonderful thickener. I used canned cannellini beans, but you can also use chickpeas.
- Sour cream-Sour cream adds a great flavor dimension that compliments the Greek yogurt nicely.
- Greek yogurt-If you do not have Greek yogurt, feel free to substitute with extra sour cream, or vise versa.
- Mayonnaise-Use your favorite mayo for this recipe. You can easily use vegan mayo.
- Green onions-The freshness of these chopped green onions, add the perfect brightness to this ranch dressing!
- Dried oregano, parsley, and dill-Don't skip on the dried herbs!
- Onion powder and Garlic powder-You can also use dried minced garlic or onion powder.
- White wine vinegar-You can also use apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, depending on what you have.
- Olive oil-Feel free to use extra virgin oil as well!

Use the following step-by-step instructions for how to make this healthy, and creamy ranch dressing:

Add yogurt, sour cream, and mayo to stand mixer.

Then add your drained, and rinsed beans. Your dried herbs will be added next.

Then add your vinegar and olive oil to the stand mixer. Then pulse until fully combined and creamy!

Serve and enjoy!
Hint: Using a food processer here is preferred, however you can also use a blender for this recipe! Especially if you have a small, single serving blender, that would work great too!

- Egg-free- instead of using regular mayo, use an egg-free or vegan mayo for an egg-free dressing!
- Vegan - use vegan sour cream, yogurt, and mayo for this recipe and you have a delicious vegan dressing!
- Bean-free - the beans add a wonderful velvety texture, and additional protein! However, you can easily leave out the beans and this recipe will still be creamy and delicious!

Store your homemade ranch dressing in an air-tight container, in the fridge, for up to 1 week. I typically make a big batch at the beginning of the week and then add to sandwiches, pasta salads, chicken, sauces, and dips throughout the week!
This recipe does not stand up to freezing. Therefore, I recommend not freezing your dressing.
