These chocolate covered graham crackers are decadent, delicious, and SO easy to make! Best of all, this recipe is only 4 ingredients and made in less than 30 minutes! These treats are also super kid-friendly and so delightful that your whole family will love them! These also make great gifts!

This recipe is one of my go-to chocolate indulgent snack! This is an easy snack that is super quick to prepare, chocolatey, and perfect for the whole family. Not to mention kid friendly!

Make this recipe ahead of time and store in the freezer for a quick caramel chocolate dessert or sweet snack at any time! This recipe is delish cold and stores easily in the freezer!

This recipe was inspired by one of my other favorite salty, and sweet, snacks! My chocolate popcorn recipe! A MUST try!

Chocolate Graham Cracker Ingredients

The best thing about this recipe is that it is only 4 ingredients! Many of these ingredients you already have in your fridge or pantry! For this sweet, and flavorful recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Chocolate covered graham cracker ingredients including graham crackers, caramel, chocolate chips, and coconut oil.
  • Chocolate chips-I used semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe but feel free to use your preferred chocolate chips for this recipe!
  • Caramel sauce-You can use store bought caramel sauce or use your own homemade caramel. You could also melt caramels for this recipe as well!
  • Coconut oil-I recommend using unrefined coconut oil for this recipe. You can also use olive oil if you do not have coconut oil.
  • Graham crackers-Use your favorite graham cracker flavor for this recipe.
  • Optional: Sea salt-Sea salt is an optional ingredient but is so perfect with the caramel, chocolate, and graham cracker! I recommend not skipping this ingredient.

Use the following step-by-step instructions for how to make this delicious chocolate covered graham crackers recipe:

Add the coconut oil to the chocolate chips and microwave on high for 30 second intervals until melted.

Add your caramel sauce to a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds until melted and easily pourable.

Coat your graham crackers in the chocolate until completely covered. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the freezer to set up for 5 minutes.

Remove your chocolate covered graham crackers from the freezer. Then dip each chocolate graham cracker in the caramel sauce until completely covered. Then immediately place in the freezer to set up for 10 minutes.

Remove the graham crackers from the freezer. Then toss the caramel chocolate graham crackers in chocolate again. Optional to top with sea salt or sprinkles. Then place in the freezer for the last time for 5 minutes.
