This recipe is my go-to salty sweet snack! This is an easy snack that is super quick to prepare, packed with fiber, and perfect for the whole family.

Make this recipe the night before in a plastic bag, or in mason jars, and store in the fridge for a quick dessert or snack at any time! This recipe is delish cold as well! The popcorn and chocolate forms into delightful clusters that are so craveable!

Use the following step-by-step instructions for how to make this delicious chocolate covered popcorn recipe:

Prepare your preferred popcorn and set aside.

Add semi-sweet chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and add white chocolate chips into another microwave safe bowl. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to each bowl.

Microwave each bowl for 30 second intervals, for three times. Mix each bowl of chocolate until melty.
