Caramel Pecan Clusters Ingredients
The best thing about this recipe is that it has only 4 ingredients! Many of these ingredients you already have in your fridge or pantry! For this sweet, and flavorful recipe you will need the following ingredients:

- Chocolate chips-I used semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe but feel free to use your preferred chocolate chips for this recipe!
- Caramel sauce-You can use store bought caramel sauce or use your own homemade caramel. You could also melt caramels for this recipe as well!
- Coconut oil-I recommend using unrefined coconut oil for this recipe. You can also use olive oil if you do not have coconut oil.
- Pecans- Use unsalted pecans for this recipe and then chop them into smaller pieces. Feel free to use your preferred nuts for this recipe!
- Optional: Sea salt-Sea salt is an optional ingredient but is so perfect with the caramel, chocolate, and pecans! I recommend not skipping this ingredient.

Use the following step-by-step instructions for how to make this delicious caramel pecan clusters recipe:

Add the coconut oil and the chocolate chips to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time until melted. Stir and set aside.

Add caramel sauce to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. At this point the caramel sauce should be melty (be careful!). Add the chopped pecans to the caramel sauce and stir until the pecans are completely coated.

Add a spoonful of the caramel pecan mixture to your parchment-lined baking sheet and spread into a circle. Then place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Then remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Take the caramel pecan clusters and dip them in the melted chocolate. Use a fork to transfer them back to the baking sheet. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt. Then place in the freezer for another 5 minutes. Remove from freezer and enjoy!
Hint: Hint: Use store bought caramel sauce to make this recipe even easier to prepare. You could also melt a cup of caramels for this recipe as well!
