- ¾ Cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut butter or your preferred nut or nut-free butter
- ½ Tablespoon Honey or your preferred sweetener
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional
- 1 Tablespoon Semi-sweet chocolate chips or your preferred chocolate chips
- ½ Teaspoon Coconut oil or olive oil
Instructions
Peanut Butter Yogurt
- Add peanut butter, agave, and vanilla extract (optional) to the Greek yogurt. Mix well.
- Place the coconut oil and chocolate chips and place in a heat safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals for about one to one and a half minutes total, or until melty. Mix well with spoon.
- Smooth out the top of the yogurt mixture. Pour the melted chocolate over the top in a thin smooth layer. Place in fridge for 10 minutes or freezer for 5 minutes.
