Raspberry Truffle Ingredients

The best thing about this recipe is that it has only 4 ingredients! Many of these ingredients you already have in your fridge or pantry! For this sweet and flavorful recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

Raspberry truffle ingredients: frosting, chocolate, raspberry jam, freeze dried raspberries.
  • Chocolate chips – I used semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe, but feel free to use your preferred chocolate chips!
  • Vanilla buttercream frosting-For this recipe, I used my favorite store-bought brand of vanilla buttercream frosting to make this recipe super easy. Feel free to use your favorite frosting recipe if you prefer homemade frosting.
  • Raspberry jam-I recommend using seedless black raspberry jam or seedless raspberry jam for this recipe.
  • Freeze-dried raspberries– Use freeze-dried raspberries for that extra kick of raspberry flavor. Be sure to crush or blend them into a fine powder for this recipe.
  • Optional: Sea salt-Sea salt is an optional ingredient, but it is so perfect with the chocolate and raspberry flavors! I recommend not skipping this ingredient.
