This pomegranate cocktail is the perfect fruity, cold, treat that can be served at barbeques, parties, and holiday gatherings. Make this recipe in batches and store in the freezer, or cooler, until your guests arrive!

This recipe is so EASY to throw together and only 5 ingredients! The best part is this recipe is made mostly with ingredients you may already have in your fridge or pantry! For this flavorful, and fun pomegranate cocktail recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • Pomegranate juice- Use pomegranate juice from the store or freshly squeezed pomegranate juice for this recipe.
  • Lemon juice-Freshly squeezed lemon juice is definitely preferred for this cocktail.
  • Amaretto liquor-Amaretto is preferred for this recipe, however you can also use bourbon for a delicious twist!
  • Rosemary simple syrup– While you can use regular simple syrup, the rosemary simple syrup is recommended for this recipe. To make it, simmer 1 cup of water to 1 cup of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved while infused with a rosemary sprig.
  • Ginger beer-You can use ginger beer, ginger ale, or sparkling water for this recipe!
  • Optional: Pomegranate seeds-The pomegranate seeds make this recipe so beautiful, you can even bye just the seeds at your local grocery store!
