4th Of July Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches
Take and unwrap ice cream sandwiches. Cut into threes.

Place the straw into the center of the bottom and then roll in sprinkles.

Once you’ve assembled your mini ice cream sandwiches, place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least an hour.

These are perfect for little hands to hold and enjoy without making a mess.
