According to police, 54-year-old Alexander Zabel Jr. was arrested outside Guthrie’s residence on June 11 after deputies responded to complaints about his behavior. During the arrest process, police said, a Pima County Sheriff’s Department sergeant was knocked to the ground.

Zabel was previously accused of obstructing a highway or thoroughfare and creating a public nuisance. Bradshaw and Enderle were also accused of public nuisance-related conduct.
As with the latest arrest, those accusations are not convictions. Each person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
