These no-bake trifles are rich and creamy, layered with crushed Oreos, a smooth Baileys-infused cheesecake filling, and fluffy chocolate whipped topping. They’re perfect for holidays, parties, or whenever you’re craving a treat with a twist!

Ingredients
Oreo Layer:
- 20 double-stuffed Oreos, crushed (use a food processor or a zip-top bag)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream
Whipped Topping:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oreo Crumbs:
Crush the Oreos using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and smashing with a rolling pin. Set aside.

2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a stand mixer or large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix on low speed until well combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix on low until just incorporated. Increase speed to medium and beat for about 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and set aside.

3. Make the Whipped Topping:
In a clean mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and Baileys.
Mix on low until ingredients are combined, then increase to medium and whip until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

4. Assemble the Trifles:
Add about 1 tablespoon of crushed Oreos to the bottom of each trifle cup or jar.
Pipe a layer of cheesecake filling on top.

Pipe a layer of whipped topping.
Add another layer of crushed Oreos.
Repeat with another layer of cheesecake filling.

Finish with a generous swirl of whipped topping.
Sprinkle with remaining Oreo crumbs.
