Freddy’s holiday menu will pair three new frozen custard desserts with a returning burger, giving chocolate, peanut butter and caramel a place alongside Swiss cheese and onions.
The chain announced October 28 that its partnership with The Hershey Company will introduce the Hershey’s Snowfall Sundae, Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie Concrete and Heath Caramel Cheesecake Concrete. The French Onion Steakburger will return at the same time.
The limited-time lineup is scheduled to arrive November 4 at participating Freddy’s locations nationwide and continue through January 5, 2027.
The three desserts are new additions, while the burger has a longer history on Freddy’s holiday menu. Together, they combine a new collaboration with a returning seasonal item.

Three Desserts, Three Different Combinations
All three desserts start with vanilla frozen custard, but their sauces, mix-ins, and toppings take them in different directions.
The Hershey’s Snowfall Sundae combines chocolate and marshmallow toppings. The Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie Concrete draws its inspiration from a holiday cookie. The Heath Caramel Cheesecake Concrete brings together toffee, caramel, and cheesecake.
Freddy’s detailed the ingredients in its October 28 menu announcement. Two of the desserts blend ingredients into the custard, while the sundae adds its toppings on top.
That difference gives customers more to compare than the featured candy brand. The choice also comes down to whether they want a blended dessert or a sundae built with layers of toppings.

Hershey’s Snowfall Sundae
The Hershey’s Snowfall Sundae starts with vanilla frozen custard topped with Hershey’s Chocolate Sauce, marshmallow sauce, and Hershey’s Chocolate Chips. Whipped cream and a cherry complete the dessert.
Its ingredient list centers on chocolate and marshmallow rather than the peanut butter or cheesecake combinations featured in the other two additions.
The chocolate appears in two forms: sauce and chips. Marshmallow sauce adds another topping without being blended throughout the custard.
For customers deciding between the three, the sundae offers the clearest contrast in format. Its toppings sit over the vanilla base rather than being mixed into it.
Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie Concrete
According to Freddy’s, the Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie Concrete takes its cue from peanut butter blossom cookies.
The announced combination blends vanilla frozen custard with cookie dough and Reese’s Peanut Butter Sauce, then garnishes it with Hershey’s Chocolate Chips.
That makes it a cookie-inspired dessert rather than a custard topped with a whole peanut butter blossom cookie. The company identifies cookie dough and peanut butter sauce as the blended ingredients.
Of the three introductions, this option is built around peanut butter and chocolate. The cookie dough also distinguishes it from the Snowfall Sundae, which uses chocolate sauce and marshmallow sauce over the custard.

Heath Caramel Cheesecake Concrete
The Heath Caramel Cheesecake Concrete combines vanilla frozen custard with Heath Toffee, caramel sauce, and cheesecake. Whipped cream and cinnamon streusel finish the dessert.
Its combination moves away from the sundae’s chocolate-and-marshmallow pairing and the cookie concrete’s peanut butter focus.
The cheesecake is part of the blended mixture, while the cinnamon streusel is a topping. Together with the toffee and caramel, those additions give it a different ingredient combination from either of the other new desserts.
Customers comparing the two concretes can choose between a cookie-dough-and-peanut-butter mixture and one centered on cheesecake, caramel, and toffee.
The French Onion Steakburger Returns
On the savory side, Freddy’s will bring back the French Onion Steakburger with two steakburger patties, melted Swiss cheese, grilled onions and crispy onions.
The burger is served on a toasted bun with French Onion aioli. The two onion preparations are separate components, not a single onion topping.
The name is not new to the chain. Freddy’s introduced a French Onion Steakburger in its November 2022 holiday announcement, alongside an Oreo Cookie Peppermint Shake.
That earlier burger description included bacon and creamy French Onion sauce. The 2026 description calls the condiment French Onion aioli.
Returning customers should note another difference: Bacon appeared in the original description but is not listed in the newly announced version.
The return adds a savory component to the holiday lineup without making all four items new. Customers familiar with an earlier version can compare the current ingredients before ordering.

When and Where to Find the Lineup
Freddy’s says the limited-time items will be offered at participating locations nationwide from November 4 through January 5.
The announced ordering options include in-restaurant dining, drive-thrus, and pickup or delivery through Freddy’s mobile app and website.
The company did not provide a nationwide price list in its announcement. Customers should check their selected restaurant’s ordering menu for prices and availability rather than assume that every location offers identical options.
For anyone planning a visit, November 4 is the scheduled launch date, not the announcement date. The participating-location qualification also matters when checking whether a nearby restaurant carries the items.
The launch brings together two different reasons to revisit a seasonal menu: a burger with a documented history and desserts being introduced. Which would make you more curious about a holiday menu: a familiar item returning or a new combination you have not tried before?
