Ingredients: 4 Russet Potatoes, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon garlic salt ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Potato chips are one of those snacks we all tend to reach for—whether it's to munch on during a movie, add to a lunch plate, or share at a party.

Step 1:

Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into very thin rounds with a sharp knife. As you slice the potatoes, heat the oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 400°F.

Step 2:

Once all the potatoes are sliced, pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Carefully add the potato slices to the hot oil, frying in batches if needed. Stir gently every couple of minutes to ensure even cooking.

Step 3:

While the chips are frying, mix garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley in a bowl to make the seasoning.
