Notes

Storing

Want to store leftover nachos? If so, you will store your nachos in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge. Just know the chips will become even more soggy as they sit. But the flavor will still taste good.
Reheat in the microwave or opt to reheat in the oven if you want.

Can I use store-bought nacho cheese sauce?

Go right ahead and reach for a store-bought sauce if you want instead of a homemade cheese sauce. Just buy any brand you prefer.

How do I prevent the nachos from getting soggy?

Don’t pile on too many toppings to the chips to help prevent the chips from getting soggy. You will find that most of the time it is almost impossible for nacho chips to not get soggy.
