  • 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus woody pieces trimmed
  • 16 slices prosciutto

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Prepare a large round baking sheet with aluminum foil. Drizzle the aluminum foil with olive oil.
  • Wrap each asparagus spears and prosciutto, wrapping tightly from the bottom towards the top. Place the asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Take the asparagus for approximately 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus, flipping every five minutes.
  • Cook until the prosciutto is crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
