Ingredients

  • 1 package of sugar cookie dough any brand you like
  • Easter M&M’s pastel or bunny-themed colors work great

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the directions on your sugar cookie dough package.
  • Roll or scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, spacing the cookies evenly apart. Follow the baking instructions on the package for time and temperature.
  • Bake the cookies until they’re lightly golden around the edges.
  • As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, gently press the M&M’s into the tops of the warm cookies in the shape of a bunny—two for the ears, one or two for the face, or get creative and make a full bunny shape.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. As they cool, the M&M’s will set in place.
  • Enjoy or package them up for a fun Easter snack, party favor, or quick dessert to share.
