These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are a quick and delicious treat perfect for any time of day. Made with simple ingredients and cooked in the air fryer, they’re golden, buttery, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mix.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Pastry Brush
  • Gallon Sized Freezer Bag

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can grands biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces.
  • Lightly brush all sides of the biscuit pieces with vegetable oil.
  • In a large Ziplock bag, combine cinnamon and sugar. Shake well to mix evenly.
  • Place the biscuit pieces in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip them over. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
  • Remove the cooked bites and immediately dip each one in melted butter. Toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

How to Make Icing For the Sugar Biscuit Bites

If you would like to make icing to top these yummy bites. Here's a quick recipe. All you have to do is combine 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoon heavy cream or 1.5 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Whip it together and then add it to your bites for an extra sweet dessert.
