Cracker Barrel’s 2026 Holiday Menu Adds a Turkey Sandwich and Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes

Thanksgiving flavors are arriving at Cracker Barrel before the holiday itself, this time between a toasted bun and across a stack of pancakes.

The restaurant chain launched its 2026 holiday menu October 20, introducing a Country Fried Turkey Sandwich and Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes alongside returning seasonal dishes. The company says the lineup is available nationwide for a limited time.

The approach brings familiar ingredients into different meals: gravy and cranberry relish move into a sandwich, while cinnamon filling and cream cheese icing become a breakfast topping.

The company also offers a separate option for at-home gatherings. Cracker Barrel has opened preorders for Thanksgiving Heat & Serve meals, with pickup scheduled for November 21–29.

For customers comparing a restaurant visit with a take-home dinner, the important differences are what each meal includes, when it is available, and how much preparation remains.

A Turkey Sandwich Joins the Seasonal Lineup

In its October 20 holiday announcement, Cracker Barrel describes the new Country Fried Turkey Sandwich as a turkey tenderloin served on a toasted bun with gravy and cranberry relish.

It draws directly from the chain’s returning Country Fried Turkey entrée, translating the same combination into a handheld format.

The sandwich and the plated meal are distinct choices. The returning entrée features hand-breaded turkey tenderloins topped with herbed pan gravy, accompanied by country sides, cranberry relish, and a choice of buttermilk biscuits or corn muffins.

That makes the sandwich a new presentation of an existing seasonal idea rather than an entirely different flavor combination.

Turkey dish prices vary by location.

Cinnamon Swirl Moves From French Toast to Pancakes

The other major food addition starts with a familiar breakfast base.

Cracker Barrel’s Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes use buttermilk pancakes with cinnamon filling and cream cheese icing. The breakfast includes two eggs and a choice of thick-sliced bacon or smoked sausage.

The company connects the new pancakes to its Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, which also returns for the season.

That dish begins with cinnamon streusel bread dipped in batter and cooked on the griddle. Cinnamon and cream cheese icing finish the toast, with two eggs and the same bacon-or-sausage choice.

The distinction is the foundation: pancakes for the new version, cinnamon streusel bread for the returning one. Both carry the cinnamon-and-icing combination through a complete breakfast order.

For diners who already prefer pancakes or French toast, the holiday menu now offers that choice without changing its central flavors.

Seasonal Drinks and Returning Favorites

The cinnamon theme extends to a latte available hot or iced, topped with whipped cream, icing drizzle, and cinnamon.

Rich DIY Hot Chocolate also returns. Cracker Barrel describes it as hot chocolate finished with whipped cream, a chocolate drizzle, and toppings customers can mix and match.

Nation’s Restaurant News’ coverage of the launch identifies the Cinnamon Swirl Latte as new and confirms the mix of returning and newly introduced menu items.

Together, the drinks and breakfast dishes give cinnamon a larger role in the seasonal lineup, while turkey, gravy and cranberry relish anchor the savory side.

The restaurant menu and the Thanksgiving take-home packages are separate offerings. A pancake breakfast or turkey sandwich is an individual order; the Heat & Serve dinners are designed around several servings and scheduled pickup.

Thanksgiving Meals Come in Two Sizes

In its official holiday announcement, Cracker Barrel lists two Thanksgiving Heat & Serve packages: a Family Dinner serving four to six people, typically priced around $119.99, and a Feast serving eight to ten, typically priced around $189.99. Prices vary by location, and pickup is scheduled for November 21–29.

The smaller Family Dinner includes one oven-roasted turkey breast, cornbread dressing, turkey gravy, cranberry relish, sweet potato casserole with pecans, green beans, and sweet yeast rolls.

The larger Feast includes two turkey breasts and the same core accompaniments, plus mashed potatoes. It also includes a pumpkin pie and a pecan pie.

Those differences matter when comparing the packages. The Feast is not simply a larger quantity of every component in the smaller dinner; it adds menu items, including dessert.

The turkey in these packages is oven-roasted. Don’t confuse it with the country-fried turkey used in the restaurant’s sandwich and plated entrée.

What the Advertised Prices Include

Cracker Barrel lists the Family Dinner at about $119.99 and the larger Feast at about $189.99. The company says prices may vary by location.

These are advertised package prices, not a guaranteed checkout total at every restaurant.

The contents also make a direct comparison more useful than the headline prices alone. The smaller dinner does not list the mashed potatoes or two pies included in the Feast.

Customers considering additional desserts can order holiday pies separately. The company gives a typical price of around $14.49 each, with options including pumpkin, pecan, chocolate pecan, and cinnamon roll.

Those figures don’t show whether a prepared package costs less than cooking a comparable meal at home. Household recipes, shopping choices, and the number of dishes prepared would affect that comparison.

Pickup Still Requires Planning at Home

Heat & Serve is not the same as a hot dinner ready to put directly on the table.

Cracker Barrel describes its Thanksgiving meals as fully prepared, but they require heating at home. Its published estimate is about two hours from oven to table.

The ordering page requires at least 12 hours’ notice, with payment due when the order is placed. Meals are available while supplies last.

That means the November 21–29 pickup window does not guarantee every location will have every pickup time available.

Customers select a pickup appointment when ordering. The company provides separate heating instructions for the Family Dinner and Feast.

For a household dividing the work of a holiday meal, the package can cover the turkey and listed accompaniments while leaving any additional dishes to the hosts.

What to Know Before Ordering

The restaurant holiday menu began October 20. Cracker Barrel describes it as a limited-time offering but does not give an exact nationwide end date in its launch announcement.

Thanksgiving Heat & Serve pickup runs November 21–29, a separate schedule from the restaurant menu. Local prices and ordering availability remain relevant to both.

The result is a seasonal menu built around several formats rather than one occasion: breakfast, an individual turkey meal, and a dinner package for a gathering.

As Thanksgiving approaches, which part of the meal would you most like to make yourself, and which would you be happy to leave to someone else?
