Step 1 & 2

Slice the cucumber and tomato on a clean cutting board, then set them aside. Rinse the lettuce and gently pat it dry with a towel; set aside.

Step 3

Lay 8 slices of bread on the cutting board. Spread hummus on 4 slices and vegan mayo on the other 4 slices.

Layer sprouts over the slices with mayo. On the slices with hummus, add pickled red onions and jalapeños.

Step 5

To put together the sandwich, add lettuce, cucumber slices, and tomato slices on top of the hummus. Sprinkle the tomato slices with Everything Bagel seasoning or use salt and pepper.
