Ingredients:

4 Cups Panko bread crumbs  ½ Cup All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon Dried basil ¼ Cup Fresh basil  1 Tbsp Dried oregano 1 tablespoon Onion powder 1 tablespoon Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon Salt 5 Large Eggs Whisked 3 Large Zucchini Sliced into wedges 8 Cups Canola oil For frying ½ Cup Ranch dressing

Add canola oil to cast iron pot and pre heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit using a frying thermometer. Slice zucchini into wedges.

Mix the panko bread crumbs and seasonings in a shallow bowl. Then mix the eggs and water into an egg wash in a separate shallow bowl.

Dredge the zucchini wedges into the egg wash mixture and then the panko mixture. Then fry in batches in the canola oil until golden brown.
