Pulse mixture until ingredients are pea sized.Preheat canola oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then take a spoon-sized amount of filling into the middle of a wonton wrapper, trace the edges with water, and then fold the wrapper in half into the shape of a triangle and seal.
