Ingredients

1 Cup Granulated sugar ½ Cup Salted butter (softened) 2 Medium Bananas (ripe) 2 Large Eggs ½ Cup Buttermilk  1 teaspoon Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 ¾ Cup all-purpose flour 1 1.2 ounce bag freeze dried strawberries ¾ Cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips 

Cream the butter and sugar together. Then incorporate the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas completely into the sugar and butter.

Then add the baking soda, flour, and powdered freeze dried strawberries until just incorporated. Avoid overmixing the batter.

Mix your chocolate chips with a tablespoon of flour to prevent your chocolate chips from sinking to the bottom of your bread while baking. Then mix in your chocolate chips until just evenly incorporated. Do not overmix the batter.
