Timeless dishes
This chocolate covered almond recipe is perfectly sweet, salty, and crunchy! These little morsels are high in protein, covered in the most perfect chocolate shell, and then topped with sea salt!
1 Cup Unsalted almonds 2 tablespoon Semi-sweet chocolate chips or your preferred chocolate chips 1 teaspoon Coconut oil ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave.
Add a few almonds at a time into melted chocolate. Use a fork to coat the almonds in the chocolate. Then use the fork to remove the almonds, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off.
Then place the chocolate coated almonds onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt.
