Baked  Banana Donuts  Recipe

These baked banana donuts are perfect for any holiday, barbeque, party, family get-together, or Sunday morning!

Ripe Bananas Coconut sugar Granulated sugar Whole milk Butter Vanilla extract All-purpose flour Cinnamon and Nutmeg Baking powder and Baking soda Butter Cream Frosting: Unsalted butter Vanilla extract Powdered sugar Whole milk

Step 1:

Add ripe bananas to large mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the ripe bananas completely.

To the same bowl add the coconut sugar, granulated sugar, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and whisk until combined.

step 2:

Then add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Step 3:

Spoon the banana donut batter into each donut mold on your donut pan. Fill only half way up the donut mold. Be sure to smooth out the top of each one.

step 4:

Hint:  Make sure you do not over mix the donut batter once you add the dry ingredients. Fold in the dry ingredients with a spatula until no more dry ingredients (like flour) are seen. Then stop mixing.
