Add ripe bananas to large mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the ripe bananas completely.
To the same bowl add the coconut sugar, granulated sugar, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and whisk until combined.
Then add the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Spoon the banana donut batter into each donut mold on your donut pan. Fill only half way up the donut mold. Be sure to smooth out the top of each one.
